Fight again

Today is a day to fight again. You're out there fighting for your life, with real weapons, real bullets, real explosives, and real people that hate you. But, sometimes the battles that go on inside are more fierce than anything you face outside. Of course, on the battlefield that will be put to the test. However, once the smoke clears, you are left alone to fight and to face what you have seen and experienced. Whenever you feel like you are fighting alone...try to remember that you really aren't. You have to trust that He's with you.

Redemption

I believe in redemption. Everything...can be redeemed.
That which is lost can be found. And that which is broken, can be put back together.

We have a Redeemer that has paid an infinitely massive price for us.

He redeemed us. He redeemed you.

One at a time

Sometimes life is just one step at a time. One...painful...slow...step at a time. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. Go. You are not alone. One day at a time. One...long...painful...day at a time. Keep living. You are not alone.

The Desert

You know, He's walked where you walk right now. He's fought an epic struggle as well. One between life and death. One of those battles was fought out in the desert, alone. He faced a fierce struggle, with no food and no water, alone for forty days, face to face with His enemy. He came out of it the victor. And He won life for you. If you think death is your only answer right now...I'm here to tell you it's not...He is. Like I said, He's already fought for you. Though He died, He rose again, and He will give that life to you too.

You are Loved

If you are in the military, and serving overseas or here at home, and you've decided for whatever reason that killing yourself is the answer, I hope you stumble across this blog. I want to ask you not to do it. There is Hope. There is One who can help you. He has walked where you walk, He understands and loves you beyond words. Hold on.

Courage

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "i will try again tomorrow."
